Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, carrier disruption, or incorrect address information supplied by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. You must inspect all packages upon arrival and report visible damage in accordance with the damaged goods section below.
14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any eligible order within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason. To qualify, footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of outdoor wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the order number and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing Time
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refund processing takes at least 14 days. The refunded amount then requires additional time to appear in your account, and total arrival of funds takes at least 14 days from the date the refund is approved. Processing times are influenced by your bank, card issuer, and payment provider. Mei Wai Limited is not liable for delays caused by financial institutions after the refund has been issued.
PayPal Refund Timelines
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to be issued after approval. Due to local laws and regional payment regulations, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Customers are responsible for verifying their regional PayPal policies. Where local law requires a longer settlement period, that longer period applies.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims must include the order number, photographs of the damage, and a description of the defect, and must be sent to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted. Verified damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at the discretion of Mei Wai Limited, and return shipping for such items is covered by Mei Wai Limited.
